Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies unless a signed quotation, order form, Dedicated agreement, marketplace rule or mandatory law provides different rights.
Evaluate before purchasing
Markshles EDU provides trials, demonstrations or other evaluation opportunities when available so customers can review the product before committing to a paid plan. Customers should test the workflows and modules material to their operation before purchase. A paid plan does not automatically include custom development merely because a customer later discovers a workflow it did not test or a requirement that was not included in the selected plan.
Cloud SaaS
Subscription charges are generally for access during the purchased billing period. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the applicable billing rules but does not automatically create a refund for time already used or committed, except where required by law or expressly stated in an offer or agreement.
Dedicated Deployment
License, deployment/configuration, domain registration, hosting, maintenance, custom development and third-party costs are separate items. Work already performed, activated licenses, registered domains, provisioned infrastructure and non-refundable third-party charges may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law and stated in the applicable quotation or agreement.
Custom development
Custom modules, integrations or modifications may use milestone or deposit billing. Approved work, completed milestones, committed third-party expenses and work already performed may not be refundable except as stated in the applicable statement of work or required by law.
Service incidents
Temporary outages or third-party disruptions do not automatically create a refund unless a written service-level commitment, applicable law or specific agreement provides a credit or remedy.
Requests
Billing questions, cancellations and eligible refund requests should be submitted through Contact with the account, invoice and reason for the request. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
