Markshles EDU is a comprehensive school-management platform created to bring academic, administrative, financial and operational processes together in one secure workspace.
Our purpose
Schools often manage important information across separate spreadsheets, messaging tools, payment systems, paper forms and specialized applications. Markshles EDU is designed to reduce that fragmentation by providing a single environment where authorized users can work with the information and processes relevant to their responsibilities.
The platform is built for schools that want clearer operations, stronger communication and better visibility across daily activity without forcing every institution into the same workflow.

Designed as a multi-school SaaS platform
Markshles EDU can operate as a managed Cloud SaaS service. Each approved institution receives its own school workspace and manages its own users, roles, data and enabled modules while Markshles manages the platform-level environment.
Plans can define the modules, student limits, staff limits and trial period available to each school. This allows institutions of different sizes to use an appropriate configuration without exposing unrelated platform-administration functions.
Dedicated deployment
Institutions with specific infrastructure, contractual or organizational requirements may request a dedicated deployment. A dedicated deployment is a separately quoted and licensed arrangement. It can include a dedicated domain, database or infrastructure configuration according to the written agreement.
Dedicated deployment does not automatically mean sale, ownership or transfer of Markshles EDU source code. Source-code rights, if ever offered, require a separate express agreement.
Our approach
Markshles EDU is developed as an evolving platform. Features may be expanded, refined or reorganized as school workflows, technology and customer needs change. Our objective is to provide practical tools that help authorized users work more efficiently while maintaining clear separation between platform administration and individual school operations.
Responsibility and good data practices
Technology supports school operations but does not replace institutional policies, professional judgment or legal obligations. Each school is responsible for determining who should have access to information, configuring roles appropriately, maintaining accurate records and following the laws and policies that apply to its organization.
Markshles provides platform capabilities, security controls and administrative tools; the school remains responsible for the educational and operational decisions made with those tools.
