Features
Markshles EDU combines academic, administrative, communication, financial and operational tools in a modular platform. Schools can use the modules included in their subscription plan and control access through configurable roles and permissions.
People and student life
- Student records, admissions, enrollment and school history.
- Parents and guardians linked to the appropriate students.
- Staff and teacher records with role-based access.
- Student 360°, timelines, alerts, authorized pickup, health and emergency information.
- Front desk, visitor and engagement workflows.
Academic management
Classes, sections, subjects, school years and terms provide the academic structure. Attendance, examinations, grades, report cards, transcripts, timetables, homework, online learning and academic documents support the day-to-day educational process.
Communication and relationships
Schools can organize messages, email templates, informational notices, appointments, meetings, guardian consent forms, recruitment and marketing activities. Communication tools are intended to help authorized school staff maintain consistent communication with families and other stakeholders.
Finance and commerce
Financial tools can include fees, online payments, bank-transfer instructions, recurring payments, invoices, quotations, gift cards, taxes and multiple currencies. Schools can also operate a store or POS workflow with products, categories, cash-register sessions, purchases, sales, returns and user accountability.
Inventory and assets
Inventory tools support warehouses, stock levels, low-stock notifications and item condition. Furniture and equipment can be tracked with identifiers, barcodes, expiration or service dates and responsible users.
Safety, compliance and operations
Emergency-management tools, guardian consents, visitor records, safety workflows and compliance-related records help institutions centralize operational information. These tools are configuration and record-management capabilities; each institution remains responsible for defining and following its own legally appropriate procedures.
Reports and analytics
Dashboards and reports help authorized users review academic, financial, inventory and operational information. Profit and loss reporting can combine school income with purchases, returns and other configured expenses to support management decisions.
A configurable platform
Not every school needs every module. Markshles EDU plans can enable or disable modules, enforce student and staff limits and define trial periods. School administrators can then use roles and permissions to control which authorized users can access the modules included in the institution’s plan.
Understand the difference before you choose
Cloud SaaS is the managed Markshles service. Dedicated Deployment is a separate arrangement for infrastructure or an installation dedicated to one institution.
