Custom Development & Additional Modules
Markshles EDU is modular and can evolve with customer requirements. If your institution needs a module, integration, report, workflow, migration, template, automation or improvement that is not included in the selected plan or license, you can request an evaluation and quotation.
What can be requested
Examples include additional modules, custom reports, external-system integrations, data migrations, special forms, workflow changes, custom documents, API work, additional automation, branding adaptations and other institution-specific improvements.
Evaluation
A request is not automatically included in the subscription, license or support plan. Markshles first reviews feasibility, dependencies, security implications, compatibility, reusable-product value and maintenance impact.
Quotation
When the request is feasible, Markshles may prepare a quotation or statement of work describing scope, assumptions, exclusions, price, payment milestones, estimated delivery window and acceptance criteria. Additional third-party licenses, APIs, hosting or services may be quoted separately.
Delivery and acceptance
Custom work should be tested by the customer against the agreed acceptance criteria. Changes outside the approved scope may require a new quotation or change order.
Product improvements
Markshles may independently add or improve modules for the general product. A customer request does not create ownership of a generally available feature unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.
